Workshop PlanShrinking² in Kaiserslautern 2017
On September 29, 2017, at the workshop "PlanShrinking² - Changing Planning Culture in German, Japanese and US-American shrinking Cities", international experts addressed the question of how local planning culture as well as national planning culture is changing on the basis of so-called "critical junctions". Here, similarities and differences between the case study cities of Cleveland, Bochum and Nagasaki, were discussed.
